Please note: When you make your booking an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you enter.
If you do not receive an email confirming your booking please check your junk/spam folder.
Some email providers seem to block these emails before they hit your mailbox as we have had several people report that they haven’t received an email and have checked their junk/spam folders. There is nothing we can do about this as our system does send the email when a booking is made. When you make a booking you are returned to this page and there will be a green tick with a message ‘You have been signed up’ to confirm your signup was successful If you see this but don’t receive an email even after checking Junk then it is most likely your provider has blocked the email. If however you are still concerned about your booking please call the Office to confirm.
Online booking will close on the Monday before parents evening. After this time you will need to contact the office to book a slot. We will send home printed slips with your booked times on with your children as a reminder but please note due to data protection we cannot put a list of booked slots on the classroom door.
If you book a slot by mistake or wish to change your mind please reply to the email confirmation or speak to the office.
